1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to this platform. These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and the platform. By accessing, registering, or using any service on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are a minor, you should use this service under the guidance of your guardian and ensure that you have obtained your guardian's consent.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using this service immediately. Continued use of this service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your willingness to be bound by them. These Terms may be revised from time to time, and the revised terms shall take effect upon publication.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires: "Platform" refers to the operating entity that provides this service; "User" refers to any natural person or organization that registers an account or accesses this service; "Service" refers to the AI model API calls, billing, promotional rewards, and all functions displayed on the site provided by the platform; "Credits" refers to the virtual billing units obtained by users through recharge or rewards for consuming platform services; "Credentials" refers to usernames, passwords, API tokens, and other information used for identity authentication.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information to complete registration and update such information in a timely manner when changes occur. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including but not limited to API calls, recharges, redemption code usage, promotional activities, etc.

You must safeguard your account credentials and may not transfer, lend, or share your account with others. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure of credentials, account sharing, or insufficient device security shall be borne by you. If you believe your account has been compromised or credentials have been leaked, you must notify the platform immediately. The platform reserves the right to freeze, restrict, or cancel the relevant account upon verification.

Information submitted during registration must not violate laws or regulations or contain infringing, misleading, or offensive content. The platform reserves the right to reject registration applications that do not meet the requirements or cancel created violating accounts. Each user may only register one account; duplicate registrations may be merged or canceled.

4. Service Description

The services provided by the platform include but are not limited to: AI model API calls, usage statistics and analysis, recharge and billing, promotional rebates and rewards, redemption code functions, ticket support, and other functions displayed on the site or added subsequently. Specific functions, available models, and billing methods may be adjusted at any time based on operational needs, subject to actual platform display and account records.

The AI model capabilities provided by the platform come from third-party suppliers. Model capabilities, availability, response speed, output quality, and pricing may change due to supplier, configuration, load, or maintenance arrangements. The platform makes no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, safety, or suitability of model outputs. You should independently assess the usability of model outputs and bear the risk of use.

The platform may periodically add, adjust, or discontinue specific functions, models, or services; such adjustments do not constitute a breach of contract to users. The platform will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes through appropriate means.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this service, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in the following activities:

• Engaging in illegal or criminal activities, or submitting illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, harmful, or inflammatory content;
• Attacking, interfering with, or disrupting the systems, networks, or services of the platform or other users;
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass the platform's access controls, rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security protections;
• Abusing resources, including but not limited to mass spam requests, excessive concurrency, or automated crawling;
• Other activities that may harm the legitimate rights and interests of the platform, other users, or third parties.

The platform reserves the right to identify, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts for the above activities; credits in the relevant accounts will not be refunded. For serious violations, the platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

All content you submit through the API interface must be content you have the legal right to use and process. You bear full responsibility for the content you submit and the outputs generated therefrom.

6. AI-Generated Content Policy

The platform provides AI capabilities including image generation models (such as gpt-image-2) through a unified API. When using image generation, image editing, or other media-generation features, you must not generate, distribute, or store the following six categories of content:

• Sexual and NSFW content: any form of pornography, nudity, sexually suggestive or sexualized depictions, including but not limited to adult content, exposure of sexual organs, or depictions of sexual acts;
• Violence and gore: excessive violence, gore, abuse, torture, or cruel treatment of persons or animals and other content that is severely disturbing;
• Hate speech: speech or images that insult, discriminate against, or incite hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other identity characteristics;
• Child safety content (CSAM): any content involving the sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content that induces or abets harm to minors;
• Deepfakes and impersonation: using AI to generate or alter someone's likeness, voice, or image without their consent to impersonate, defame, defraud, or mislead others;
• Copyright and trademark infringement: generating content that incorporates copyrighted film, animation, game characters, artworks, or registered trademarks without authorization, or using such materials in a manner that harms the rights holder's interests.

Enforcement: Upon discovering or verifying any of the above violations, the platform may take one or more of the following measures based on severity: delete the violating generated content, restrict account features, temporarily freeze the account, permanently ban the account, and forfeit remaining credits without refund. Relevant records will be retained for future review. Where a violation is serious and potentially unlawful, the platform will report it to the authorities and cooperate with investigations.

Reporting channels: If you discover generated content on this platform that violates the above policy, please report it through one of the following channels:

• After logging in, submit a support ticket selecting "Report violating content," providing the relevant link or screenshot and a brief description;
• Send an email to [[email protected]], with the subject line "Violating content report."

Platform review: The platform will review reports upon receipt and, upon verification, take action under the enforcement mechanism described above. Reporters may check the outcome via the original channel using their ticket number or email record. Malicious or fabricated reports may be refused and may result in restrictions on the reporter. The platform undertakes to keep reporter information confidential and will not disclose it to the reported party except pursuant to legal process.

7. Recharge and Credits

Users may obtain credits through recharge. Credits are solely for consuming this platform's services, have no monetary attributes, and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency (except for the commission-usage function expressly permitted by the platform for promotional rewards). Recharges are generally non-refundable once completed, except as otherwise provided by law.

Credit consumption is calculated according to the billing rules published by the platform. Billing rules may be adjusted; after an adjustment, new requests are billed under the new rules, while existing credits are unaffected. You should stay informed of changes to the billing rules.

For recharge or consumption errors caused by system faults, duplicate charges, or other anomalies, you should report them to the platform promptly. The platform will correct them upon verification. Errors caused by your own mistakes (such as entering an incorrect recharge amount) may be assisted by the platform, but recovery is not guaranteed.

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, the platform may take management measures regarding their credits, including but not limited to reminders, consumption restrictions, or handling under platform rules. Specific rules are subject to the backend display.

8. Promotions and Rewards

The platform may offer promotional rebates, redemption codes, commission usage, and other functions; specific rules are subject to actual platform display. After inviting new users to register through a promotional link and meeting the relevant conditions, users may receive rebates or rewards. Rebate policies, rates, durations, and eligibility conditions may be adjusted at any time based on platform operations and are subject to actual execution, without prior notice.

The following activities are considered promotional fraud; the platform reserves the right to cancel rewards, freeze related benefits, or ban accounts:

• Self-referral, including registering multiple accounts to refer each other;
• Using technical means to simulate registration, recharge, or other condition fulfillment;
• Obtaining involuntary registrations or consumption through inducement or fraud;
• Other improper activities aimed at extracting rewards.

Promoter tiering, commission usage, and other functions are subject to the platform's operational strategy; the platform reserves the right to adjust rules, eligibility, and rates at any time. Promotional functions do not constitute an employment or agency relationship between the platform and users.

9. Redemption Codes

The platform may issue redemption codes through which users may obtain credits or other benefits. Redemption codes have usage periods and status restrictions; expired or used codes cannot be restored. Credits obtained through redemption codes are subject to the same provisions regarding credits in these Terms.

Redemption codes may not be sold, traded, or transferred separately, except for codes generated by users through the platform's promotional features. The platform is not liable for compensation for losses caused by your own leakage or unauthorized use of redemption codes.

10. Service Changes and Interruptions

The platform may temporarily interrupt, adjust, or terminate part or all of its services due to system maintenance, feature upgrades, security incidents, supplier adjustments, changes in laws or regulations, or force majeure. The platform will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes through site announcements or other appropriate means but does not guarantee that advance notice will always be possible.

For service interruptions, data loss, or business impact caused by the above, the platform will minimize user losses to the extent permitted by law but shall not bear additional compensation liability. The platform makes no guarantee regarding the continuity, timeliness, security, or accuracy of the service.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform's interface design, copy, code, system architecture, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by the platform or their rights holders. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the platform's intellectual property.

The intellectual property of model output content returned via the API service is governed by the relevant model supplier's policy. You should understand and comply with the relevant supplier's terms of use. You retain the corresponding rights to the input content you submit through the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

You should independently verify model output content and bear full responsibility for the results of its use. The platform provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the service will fully meet your needs or be free of defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for the following losses: indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or other similar losses. The platform's total liability arising from your use of or inability to use the service shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid to the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this service should first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court of competent jurisdiction in the platform's place of operation.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time based on business development, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated terms take effect upon publication; you may view the latest version on the platform at any time. Continued use of this service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using this service. For material changes, the platform will notify users through site announcements, login prompts, or other appropriate means.
